All Hill Tribe Holistics products are handcrafted in small batches in Minnesota. Orders are typically processed within three to five business days. During high volume periods or when restocking is needed, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as each order is prepared with care.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within three to seven business days after shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double check your address before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, all sales are final. This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of our products.
